Simon de Montfort Walker, Oracle executive vice president of industry applications, oversees shared services, support, development, consulting, and innovation initiatives for Oracle’s multibillion-dollar vertical business. This includes supporting the delivery of AI and cloud solutions for consumer-focused industries such as retail and hospitality, as well as vital sectors such as banking and utilities. Simon joined Oracle as senior vice president of restaurants in 2019. Prior, he served as CTO and president of eGate Solutions at gategroup. Simon holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Kings College and a master’s degree with honors from The University of Texas at Austin.

Managing Director and Vice President of Business Applications, KSA, Oracle

Riham AlMusa is the Managing Director & VP of Business Applications of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at Oracle. In her role, Riham supports the digital transformation initiatives of Oracle’s public and private sector customers in the Kingdom. She also focuses on initiatives to attract, train, mentor, and prepare Saudi’s next generations of talent for the digital economy. She is passionate about inclusion and equity in the workplace, specifically for women and the youth. Riham AlMusa was born in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 1988 and she holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from King Saud University. She is a devoted mother, wife, and a passionate hard worker.

Senior Vice President, Product Management, Oracle

Sohan DeMel is a senior vice president of product management at Oracle. His responsibilities span the Oracle database portfolio both on-premises and in the Cloud, including Oracle Autonomous Database. Sohan also manages strategic partnerships for the Oracle database products. During his more than 30 year tenure at Oracle, Sohan played a pivotal role in Oracle Real Application Clusters, a mission-critical technology that differentiates Oracle from all other database technologies in the industry. Sohan has degrees in physics and electrical engineering from Vassar College, New York and Dartmouth College, New Hampshire respectively.

Vice President, MEA Product and Customers, Oracle

Will Badr is vice president of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) product for the Middle East. Will is starting a new chapter with Oracle after he spent the last eight years at AWS where he led the Technical Specialist SA organisation across the MENAT region. Before that, he was leading the AI and ML technical teams across the north and south EMEA region, helping large enterprise customers adopt AWS AI solutions. Notably, Will was a key member of the team that built Falcon LLM, the UAE's national language model. Prior to his roles at AWS, he held multiple technical consultation positions focusing on cloud architecture solutions. Will holds a master of science degree specializing in AI from the University of Leeds in the UK and another master's in business from Wellington University in New Zealand. He spent the last 14 years in New Zealand before moving to Dubai in 2021.

Group Vice President, Cloud Applications Development, Oracle

Rajan Krishnan is group vice president of cloud applications development at Oracle. He is responsible for the growth of Oracle's cloud applications in the areas of ERP, supply chain, and human capital management across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Japan, Asia Pacific, and Latin America. Rajan has more than 30 years of experience in product development, strategy, management, marketing, and sales in the IT and pharmaceutical industries. Previously, he was vice president of industry CRM product management. He holds a BPharm from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science in Pilani, a postgraduate diploma in international trade from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade in New Delhi, and an MBA from IMD.

Senior Director, Product Management and Strategy, Oracle

Oscar Colino García is the global head of product strategy for Oracle’s AI Data Platform (AIDP) where he leads the product and go-to-market strategy and drives the commercial acceleration of Oracle’s next-generation AI-driven data platform.

With more than 25 years of experience in data platforms, AI, and enterprise analytics, Oscar specialises in scaling high-impact GTM strategies, driving platform adoption and customer success, and engaging C-level leaders across global enterprises. Before rejoining Oracle, he led Revenue Enablement for Databricks across Northern EMEA and drove Industry Sales Plays across EMEA, shaping industry-aligned GTM motions and accelerating adoption of advanced data and AI workloads.

Previously, Oscar held multiple leadership roles at Oracle spanning data analytics, product strategy, and GTM execution, leading specialist teams and advising major organisations on AI, analytics, and digital transformation. Oscar holds degrees in computer science and business administration, as well as a master’s in data science. He's passionate about the intersection of AI, data governance, and enterprise business transformation.
