Richard Smith is executive vice president of technology for Oracle’s Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. His team supports and partners with customers of all sizes in the private and public sectors. Richard’s strategy is to engage customers so they think differently about technology: how it’s used and how they can leverage data to gain invaluable insights. Richard is passionate about our customers’ success, ensuring they get the maximum value from their IT investments. Moving enterprises to the cloud, making their technology autonomous and automated, introducing advanced AI, and increasing security, his team is empowering business leaders to do more with their critical data assets. Richard is dedicated to unleashing the potential of his people. Srikant Gokulnatha
Senior Vice President, Oracle AI and Analytics, Oracle
Srikant is the senior vice president for Oracle AI and Analytics, responsible for Oracle’s AI Data Platform, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and packaged AI-driven analytic applications for Fusion. He's passionate about helping customers succeed by enabling them to turn trusted enterprise data into AI solutions, governed analytics, embedded intelligence, and AI-assisted workflows that drive business transformation. He previously served as chief analytics officer at ThoughtSpot, where he was responsible for product, engineering, and customer support. Srikant joined ThoughtSpot through its acquisition of Mode, where he was COO. He co-founded business analytics startup Numerify (acquired by TPG). In an earlier role at Oracle, he was a vice president of product development, responsible for Oracle’s analytical application products. He's held prior positions at Hyperion, MicroStrategy, and BCG. He received his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and holds graduate and undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering.
Hari Sankar
Senior Vice President, EPM Software Development, Oracle
Hari Sankar has been in the enterprise software technology and applications space for more than 20 years, with a proven track record across large organizations and startups. In his current role at Oracle, he leads a team responsible for product strategy, definition, delivery, and go-to-market activities of Oracle’s industry-leading enterprise performance management SaaS applications.
Kodi Umamageswaran
Senior Vice President, Exadata and Scale-Out Technologies, Oracle
Kothanda (Kodi) Umamageswaran is senior vice president at Oracle overseeing Exadata and Scale-Out Technologies globally. He's responsible for product strategy and development for Exadata, Exascale, Real Application Clusters, Cluster File Systems, and Backup & Recovery. His work focuses on mission-critical system performance, pioneering Remote Direct Memory Access to accelerate transaction processing. Most recently, his teams have advanced AI Vector Databases and AI Smart Scan, delivering up to 30x performance gains in intelligent data processing and query acceleration. He holds 45 issued patents in database and systems technologies.
